“Construction permit fees are being waived by the City of Daytona Beach for emergency storm-related repairs caused by Hurricane Matthew. Types of repair include roofing, exterior doors and windows, siding, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. Although the fees are waived, completed permit applications are still required, including licensing requirements. Permit fees will be waived through Friday, Oct. 21. To expedite the process, applications will be reviewed by counter personnel and, in most cases, can be approved onsite.”
If your property suffered damage to its flooring, Daytona Beach property owners do not need any permits at all. At David Waller Interiors, we can supply you with the new flooring that you want, and we can install that flooring for you if your sub-flooring has not been damaged, or is still water-soaked. If you are not sure about the condition of your sub-floor, give us a call, and we will help you as best we can by answering any questions you may have about your flooring needs.
If you are in a position where you will need new flooring, this would be a good time to think about switching out the type of flooring you currently have installed. For instance, you may want to have new hardwood flooring installed where you once had carpet. Perhaps you would like to have new laminate flooring installed in your family room or den. The options you have are numerous, and we can help you with those decisions as well.
We carry a wonderful selection of new flooring, including high-quality carpet, hardwood, and laminate flooring. We also have a great selection of both porcelain and ceramic tile. And, keep in mind that we also offer customers our free design consultation services.
If you need new flooring, for whatever reason, we encourage you to visit our Port Orange, FL showroom. When it comes to quality flooring, Daytona Beach and surrounding areas come to David Waller Interiors.
